About me

I am a neurophysiologist and I have conducted research in sensory and cognitive neurophysiology in animal models and neurosurgical patients. I am interested in understanding how our neural circuits integrate auditory information with ongoing actions to dynamically construct internal representations that support cognition and continuous behaviors. I have experience in large-scale and multisite neuronal recordings, circuit manipulation techniques, and computational analysis of neuronal and behavioral data.

Perception-Action Loops

My research focuses on continuous perception—action loops, specifically on how different brain regions are dynamically engaged during the perception, manipulation, and production of sequences.
